Happy Easter

The children all looked fantastic in their Easter bonnets yesterday. It was very difficult to choose a winner as they each bonnet was so creative and unique. After much deliberation, Aadon was chosen as the winner of 2.1. I would like to say a big well done to all of the children and would like to wish you all a Happy Easter.

This weeks achievers are Hamza and Aiden. Aiden wrote a fantastic set of instructions on 'How to trap a Dragon' and Hamza created a  super comic strip to retell the story of St. Patrick.

The Coventry Transport Museum

We had a great day at the Museum on Monday. We learned all about transport in the past and how cars it has changed over time. The day started off with a workshop which taught us all about Victorian bicycles and how they changed during the period.We then spent the rest of the morning looking around the museum to identify different vehicles from specific periods. After lunch, we visited the Land Speed Record exhibition. We looked at cars that have travelled faster than the sound of speed! We even got to experience what it would be like to drive in one of these cars when we went on the simulator. Keep visiting the blog to view some of our follow up work.
